Field Leader - Civil Maintenance

About the Role: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Leader - Civil Maintenance to join our Civil Maintenance team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering drainage and footpath maintenance services, operating plant and equipment, and leading a dedicated team to ensure high-quality outcomes for our community. You will play a key role in promoting safety, operational excellence, and a positive customer and team experience.

About You: 

You are a confident leader with a strong background in civil maintenance and drainage works. You thrive in a team environment, are safety-focused, and take pride in delivering quality service to the community. You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and community members.

To be successful in this role, you will: 

• Have proven experience in drainage maintenance and civil construction operations
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to supervise and support a team
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proficient in using digital tools and interpreting technical plans
• Hold a current MR Truck Licence, Work-Zone Traffic Management Certificate, and White Card
• Hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction (or demonstrated experience) and relevant plant operation tickets (desirable).

The Detail:

The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and is classified at Level ME8, with a starting salary of $80,312.46 per annum + Super.
