About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Leader - Civil Maintenance to join our Civil Maintenance team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering drainage and footpath maintenance services, operating plant and equipment, and leading a dedicated team to ensure high-quality outcomes for our community. You will play a key role in promoting safety, operational excellence, and a positive customer and team experience.

You are a confident leader with a strong background in civil maintenance and drainage works. You thrive in a team environment, are safety-focused, and take pride in delivering quality service to the community. You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and community members.

The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and is classified at Level ME8, with a starting salary of $80,312.46 per annum + Super.
